Zopiclone

• 적응증: 단기 불면증 치료
• 작용 기전: GABA 수용체 작용 → 진정 효과 유도
• 흡수와 대사: 경구 흡수, 간에서 대사, 신장 배설
• 부작용: 입맛 쓴맛, 졸림, 기억장애, 수면 중 행동장애
• 투여량: 3.75–7.5mg 취침 전 1회
• 간호 고려사항: 운전 금지 교육, 고령자 감량 필요, 장기 복용 시 의존성 주의

Zopiclone (Imovane)

• 분류: 수면유도제 (비벤조디아제핀계)
• 적응증: 단기 불면증 치료
• 부작용: 금속 맛, 기억상실, 몽유병
• 간호 포인트: 취침 직전 복용, 장기 사용 시 의존성 주의

Zopiclone 

Sedative, hypnotics/cyclopyrrolones 

● Indications: short-term treatment of insomnia 

● Therapeutic effects: improved sleep w/ decrease latency and increased maintenance of sleep ● Absorption: rapid(75%) ac PO 

● Distribution: rapid from extravascular compartment, enter breast milk that are [50%] of plasma lvls ● Metabolism&Excretion: extensively, 4-5% unchanged in urine 

● ADE: GI; bitter taste, Misc; angioedema, anaphylaxis, anaphylactoid reactions 

● Dose: PO; 5-7.5mg immediately before bed, not exceed 7.5mg or 7-10 days use Geri; 3.75mg upto 7.5mg if needed 

Zopiclone

• Absorption: Rapid oral absorption; peak plasma levels in 1.5–2 hours.
• Distribution: Widely distributed; moderate plasma protein binding.
• Metabolism & Excretion: Hepatic metabolism; excreted in urine.
• Adverse Effects: Bitter taste, dry mouth, dizziness, daytime drowsiness.
• Dose: 3.75–7.5 mg at bedtime.
