Celebrex (Celecoxib)

• 분류: 선택적 COX-2 억제 NSAID
• 적응증: 관절염, 생리통, 급성 통증
• 부작용: 위장 장애, 심혈관계 위험(심근경색, 뇌졸중)
• 간호 포인트: 위장보호제 병용 고려, 심장질환 병력 있는 경우 주의

Celebrex (Celecoxib)

• 적응증: 골관절염, 류마티스 관절염, 급성 통증
• 작용 기전: 선택적 COX-2 억제 → 염증 및 통증 억제
• 흡수와 대사: 경구 투여, 간에서 CYP2C9 대사, 신장/담즙 배설
• 부작용: 위장장애, 혈전 위험, 고혈압
• 투여량: 100–200mg/1~2회/일
• 간호 고려사항: GI 출혈 및 심혈관계 위험 평가, 장기 사용 시 신기능 확인

Celecoxib (Celebrex)

• Dose: 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily.
