Adverse Drug Effects / 부작용

- GI bleeding, ulceration, cardiovascular events (MI, stroke)
- Nephrotoxicity, hepatotoxicity
- 위장 출혈 및 궤양, 심혈관 위험 (심근경색, 뇌졸중)
- 신장 및 간 독성
Dose / 용량
- Adults:
- PO (oral): 50 mg 2–3 times daily
- Maximum: Do not exceed 150 mg/day
- 성인 경구용: 1일 2~3회 50mg
- 최대 1일 150mg 초과 금지
Nursing Considerations / 간호 고려사항
- Give with food or milk to minimize GI irritation
- Monitor for GI bleeding (e.g., black/tarry stools, vomiting blood)
- Assess for signs of renal or hepatic dysfunction
- Use lowest effective dose for shortest possible time
- 음식 또는 우유와 함께 투여하여 위장 자극을 줄임
- 위장 출혈 징후 관찰
- 신장 및 간 기능 검사 필요

Patient Teaching / 환자 교육
- Take with food

- 흑변, 혈변, 흉통, 호흡곤란 즉시 보고
